What personal information does Deltascheme collect?

Deltascheme Limited only collects basic personal information about you (such as name, email address, and basic contact details – as well as any other information that you choose to provide) through writing, via telephone, at our events, or through other means; or - Information that we obtain from your interaction with our websites and/or services. 

We will not ask for and do not intend to collect, any sensitive personal information about you unless you are responding to a Recruitment campaign.  In this instance, we will be required to collect sensitive personal data to be processed purely for recruitment purposes only. 

Why does Deltascheme collect personal information? 

Deltascheme requires information to understand: 

  • your needs and provide you with a better service or; 

  • to respond to requests you make to us such as career applications;  

  • or to provide you with information relating to our services (such as newsletters, industry updates, information about our products and services, event invitations, surveys, market research, etc.) which either you have consented to receive, or which relate to products or services which we believe may be of interest to you. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose. 

Deltascheme collects information about your usage of our websites through Google Analytics cookies. We do this so that we can tailor and personalise your experience and, in conjunction with other user’s information and usage, improve the content, layout and performance of our websites.  

Cookies 

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"), and Squarespace - a website hosting platform. The information generated by the cookies about your use of our website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google and Squarespace on servers in the United States. They will use this information for the purpose of evaluating use of our website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google and Squarespace may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on their behalf. Who we share information with and why 

We may sometimes contract with third parties to supply products and services on our behalf. These may include payment processing, delivery of goods and services, search engine facilities, advertising, and marketing. We use service providers to operate our websites and we will ensure that those service providers also comply with this Privacy Notice. 

How long does Deltascheme keep personal information? 

Your personal information will be kept by Deltascheme for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless required to be kept longer by law.

Please contact us if you would like to exercise any of your legal rights. We will respond to any rights that you exercise within one month of receiving your request, unless the request is complex or involves a significant amount of data, in which case we will respond within three months.
