Competition and Markets Authority SharePoint intranet campaign effectiveness reports with Google Analytics
The Competition & Market Authority's Communications team use SharePoint Online for their intranet. They use their intranet to deliver campaigns to their 700 staff and they wanted to learn what makes for an effective and engaging campaign. To do this they needed to collect data about how their staff were engaging with the intranet. Then they needed to decide which metrics from the data would help them measure each campaigns effectiveness. Over time they would be able to compare how effective a campaign was compared to previous campaigns and draw insights on how to improve subsequent campaigns to make them more engaging.
NHS England improving delivery of organisational change with OCIT
A bespoke solution built for NHSE&I which allows their HR department to specify and execute HR processes in a fully audited and compliant manner. Users and managers receive electronic tasks to carry out; HR managers specify the HR processes via a friendly user interface. The system is accessed via SharePoint online with business logic and data managed by Microsoft Azure.

NHS England employs thousands of people, and as they are hired, change roles, promoted, or leave the organisation, it’s important that all their associated records are keep up to date. Yet the mainframe-based system for achieving authorisation for changes in the workforce (known as the Establishment) was unfriendly, time-consuming, and unreliable.
