OnePlaceMail provides a powerful mechanism to drag/drop Outlook emails directly to SharePoint, capturing essential email attributes automatically and optionally allowing the completion of additional destination Column information at the point of upload. Emails are stored in their native .msg format with the full integrity of the email and attachments maintained.

OnePlaceMail Office Productivity Tools enables the user to save files direct from Office applications (Word/Excel/Power) into SharePoint and complete the destination SharePoint upload information at the point of upload. Therefore, promoting SharePoint and as the natural destination to save and manage files. These capabilities are provided in 2003, 2007 and going forward in 2010.

OnePlaceMail further promotes the adoption of SharePoint and drives efficiency with capabilities such as Send & Save emails to SharePoint and Windows Explorer ‘Send To’ SharePoint capabilities.
