• Addition of Information

  The computer can add information only in a rule-based fashion; most users want additions of information that can only be accomplished by humans. We will advise preferred approaches to such issues with costs and benefits of new requirements.

• Loss of Information

  Information can easily be discarded by the computer - adding information takes effort. Our quality and testing procedures will help you understand where this might occur, and avoid unintentional loss of valuable information.

• Management of Expectations

  Converting to more feature-rich formats does not add information; it merely makes room for that addition, which usually a human must do. We will advise preferred approaches to such situations and highlight where technology is best employed to aid the migration process.
